The Challenge
We are pretty sure that you personally know entrepreneurs who are constantly overwhelmed by nonstop phone calls - calls they can’t afford to miss but also can’t always answer. We know them as well!
Despite the rise of AI and automation, there was still no affordable, human-sounding virtual assistant that could step in and handle calls when business owners were with other clients. We saw the opportunity and asked ourselves:
Can we go from idea to a live, user-tested product in under 90 days?
The Vision
We didn’t want to just build a solution. We wanted to show how quickly and effectively we can move from idea to launch - and in doing so, help other startups see what’s possible with the right team and approach.
That’s how ZeroMissed.ai was born:
An AI-powered virtual phone assistant built for small service businesses - think physiotherapists, barbers, massage therapists - that ensures no customer call goes unanswered.
The Execution
Week 0: Spark of an Idea
It started with a simple insight: when calls are missed, money is left on the table. Within days, we outlined the product vision, selected our tech stack (cloud-native, AWS-based), and began prototyping.
Week 2: First Prototype in a Real User’s Hands
Two weeks in, we had a functional prototype. Rough? Sure. But it worked - and it was good enough to test with a real business owner. Their response:
“It’s like having a receptionist who never takes a break. I’d pay for that.”
That early validation gave us the confidence (and direction) to move forward.
Month 1: Iterating Fast, Learning Faster
We refined the voices, speed of response, and added smarter handling of the calls. Every update was tested with real users. Feedback loops were tight. Priorities were user-driven.
Month 2: T-Mobile Acceleration Program
Just 8 weeks after kickoff, ZeroMissed was accepted into the T-Mobile Acceleration Program - a strong signal that we were onto something. Their mentorship and backing gave us an extra boost toward market readiness.
Month 3: Public Launch in Poland
Under the brand TuAsystent.pl, we launched ZeroMissed to the Polish market. Small business owners could now sign up, personalize their assistant, and start turning missed calls into booked appointments - automatically.
The Results
- From concept to public launch in 3 months
- Functional prototype tested with real users in 2 weeks
- Customer feedback integrated into every sprint
- Accepted into T-Mobile's acceleration program (see on LinkedIn)
- First paying users acquired through TuAsystent.pl
